Critique for Late supply of product (Landcruiser motor vehicle)

Please refer to the copies already provided and note that, the company has failed to provide me with a valid business reason why they still havenet supplied the vehicle i ordered, a month ago they claim they had shipped it and I would hear from the shipping company with all the relevant documents.
Up to date i have not recieved a single document nor have I have been given a refund of the 1,900 Dollars already sent to them.
My contact name was miss michelle wang, Tan Yan Dongguan development Company claim she has passed away as advised by Miss alice liu, my argument remains that if the item was shipped why should anything be affected? the documents I attached and sent via separate mail provide the evidence of discussions on this transaction. please advise if any more are required.
