The Seller clearing and forwarding agent shall execute an export as per FOB terms.
The Seller and Buyer shall collaborate to facilitate any pre-export charges as described by the legal local government export port procedure like Buyer to pay for the change of ownership, Government Royalty which is 5% and other pre-export documentations .In due to this,
Buyer will pay the seller 30% of our total sales before export of the diamond and 70% of the total value of the goods at the port of destination by cash, Wire Transfer / T/T to the seller’s designated account.
Delivery: Immediately after, the buyer signs the sales and purchase contract and adherence to the export procedure .If there be any payment incurred by the buyer shall be deducted from our final payment at the buyer’s destination.
Payment: By cash, Swift Wire Transfer or Telegraphic Transfer (***** to Seller’ designated Bank account.
This shall be in a mutual accord and agreement by both sides.
PROCEDURES FOR COPPER CATHODES SHIPMENT.
1. Seller sends FCO to the buyer
2. Buyer and Seller sign this FCO
3. The seller’s export agents complete the export as per FOB terms
4. Final payment of cargo and freight will be effected upon arrival of the goods at the buyer’s destination.
5. The offer is valid for 14 days from the date of
