I first contacted a few providers through this channel and Hiliary Cranston contacted me and after many emails back and forth I was sure that I was making the right decision. However, after I paid for the merchandise I specifically asked if the product could be assorted and I asked for specific brands ( Disney, Gap, Polo, Hilfiger, Nautica, Old Navy, and Hello Kitty) and sizes 2T-12; which she said that I would be done. Needless to say that not only the order was not shipped on the day that it was specified, but did not get 1 of the brand that I asked for, instead I got Gymboree a brand that I didn\\\'t want because I do not sell it in my store. Then I decide to contact this supplier and told me that it was going to provided me with a return label so the issue can be resolved, which I am still waiting for the return label. This was a week ago. Bad business..

When I was enquiring about ordering clothing from this supplier I dealt with a women by the name of Hilary Cranston. She was very prompt at responding to my initial emails. I decided to order 1000 pieces at $4500US of childrens clothing from newborn to size 8 in a range of brands they have on offer however I only received a total of 588 pieces of clothing that consisted of two brands. One brand that was sent only had one style in one size... the other brand had a lot of clothing that was above the size I was after. This was no good to me... I cannot sell one style of clothing in one size and I do not cater for ages above 8 years in my company. I have constantly been trying to contact this company. I finally got a hold of Hiliary via phone. She did say to me that she will send me the correct sizes however I have not heard back since. I have since sent a number of emails requesting for an update but have never received a response. This has still be unresolved. I now feel cheated by this company and would not recommend anyone to purchase by them. I am after a reliable, honest and trustworthy supplier to do business with; this company is far from it!

I talked with this Supplier for 6 months prior to placing a $1000.00 order on 8/06/2012. Prior to this we had many phone conversations and emails talking about the clothing line and what I wanted in the Back to School order being considered. I did a cash bank wire of $1000 on August 6 2012. I recieved 141 random items, many of which are small in size (infant) with over 60% duplicate. My lot of clothing was to consist of 260 items or 130 outfits for back to school ages 5 to 14 being the majority. Supplier insist she\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s accomodating my order and refuses to take the clothing back for return. My shipment box measures 18x18x18 and Supplier says 260 items were in the box. The shipment box I recieved with 141 items was full. No room for any more clothing. Supplier says only one box was shipped. Was also told that Supplier would mail a shipment of the back to school lot to Colorado for a client I had there. Supplier( Amanda Cranston ) indicated she took the merchandise with her on a plane and mailed it out of Chicago Wasn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t sure she could remember how she mailed it- she lost the reciept. Clients never did get their clothing they paid for. The Clothing has also been retagged. Not Authentic tags. Please see pictures. My name is Jessica, I am the owner of MyRubyEye Lifestyling in Australia. I received an email for Amanda following my enquiry to The Childrens Shoppe. Amanda provided me with all the information I needed and answered my questions promptly. I am based in Australia so I expected that with the time difference communication could be delayed; not with The Childrens Shoppe, the response levels were beyond Excellent and the Service is impeccable. As I am only interested in authentic designer label products, Amanda reassured me that "All of our clothing is brand new with original tags and guaranteed authentic. It is illegal to sell replica merchandise in the US because of copyright infringement. The original tags are still attached and the clothing labels are in tact."(Amanda June 28th 2012). My first order consisted of 100 piece of clothing from The Childrens Shoppe sample lot, and I took advantage of the free shipping promotion at the time which again was brilliant (especially when shipping to Australia can be expensive). From email correspondence to telephone correspondence, I truly am not interested in dealing with any other supplier purely for the reason that nothing with Amanda is too hard. Her work ethic and can do attitude has inspired me to work just like her. I plan to meet with The Childrens Shoppe in November 2012 to discuss a future long business relationship for my company.
