This company will scam you with what you want to order, THEN take your moneygram or western union order And then NEVER CALL OR CONTACT YOU AGAIN. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. They are the worst of the yellow slant eyed bastards.

TIANCE SPORTS GOODS CO.,LTD is a scam! I was dealing with SU PING CAI. It took 2 weeks to complete the transaction. I sent $798 to them via Western Union. They haven't responded ever since.

Hi, This company still owe me a total of US$489.00. And when I called them after waiting for months, they cut off my line after they answered and knowing it was me chasing my money back. It is obvious that they do not want to return my money and have no intention of sending the shirts they owe me. I have attached a Western Union slip that i made a payment to them, a invoice from their company, and the detailed correspondance. Below is a summary to what have happened. I am wanting to know how will tradekey deal with this. And what will tradekey do to get back my money. It is not a small amount, and they are your goldkey member. 9 Jan 2007 - first enquiry made 13 Jan 2007 - Detailed Order was being made 14 Jan 2007 - Invoice Received 16 Jan 2007 - Received Western Union Details to make payment to ==== Deal did not go through === 23 Feb 2007 - 2nd enquiry started 6 March 2007 - 2nd Order Made & Made Payment was then told that the shirts will be shipped on the 8 March, but no news from her until I emailed her and she told me postpone to 9 March, but after that no news from her until 12 March 2007. 12 March 2007 - order still not sent out yet, but she did email me that she would help me until i receive the shirts. & no news from her until 14 March 2007 14 March 2007 - told me only a few shirts manage to get sent out & told me that she would arrange the others. 15 March 2007 to 25 March 2007 - no news from her. She just went missing again. 21 March 2007 - Receive my first parcel of 44 shirts out of 117 shirts but in wrong sizes and wrong color, told her about it but no reply. No news. 23 March 2007 - Receive second parcel with only 17 shirts. 24 March 2007 receive third parcel with only 16 shirts. 25 March 2007 - she finally replied after i treatened her that I would be reporting to the authorities, saying that she was hospitalised. but when i called her mobile phone, she answered and quickly put down when she heard my voice. 28 March 2007 - she promise to sent out the rest of my shirts agian, after corresponding. 31 March 2007 - She forgot what was my request of my remaining order of 40 shirts. no news from her until 3rd April, so i sent an email to her. 4th April 2007 - she replied saying one of my order out of stock and hence only can send on the 6th April. But no news from her until the 11th april that she would sending out on the 12 April 15 April 2007 - still no news from her, so I emailed her agian she did not reply any of my email 17th april 1007 - i suggested a change of my order, as i saw that she have put up new shirts on her website meaning to say there should have stocks for these new items. 18th April 2007 - she finally replied saying she would post these new stock on the 20 April. 20th April 2007 - After several email chasing her, she said she have post out the item but do not have the tracking number, and would give me the tracking number the next day. 23 April 2007 - still no package received, and i emailed her agian 24 April 2007 - she ADMITTED that the goods were not sent yet. Since 24 April, there was no news from her anymore. I called her mobile, she answered but put down after she hear my voice. I kept emailing & calling her until 13 May 2007. After that I made no contact with her until 22nd June 2007, I made a call to her mobile. Once I called her, she answered and asked who was on the line. Once I said my name, she immediately transferred me to talk to a guy.. Who keep saying “ok ok, we know” when I said they owe me US$500 , he said, “no, we owe you US$489” (which is the correct amount, which prove that they still know they owe me money). And said that “yes yes we will repay you”… but when I asked when?, this guy put down the phone and they switch off the mobile. This is the whole STORY. and I have attached the detailed emails. As the amount is not small US$489. May I know what would tradekey be doing so I would get my money back????? Thank You for your assitance in this matter. They should not be rated GOLD at all. I Hope to receive my money back soon. Thank You Note: I can't attached all supporting documents. Hence have broken them up into 4 others feedback. Sorry for any inconvinience caused.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my missing items. You said you sent all my goods but I am still missing 32 shirts and 23 puma shoes. You earlier stated that the complete order would be 9 boxes (270kg) and I had to pay for 9 packages. You are now stating that all the goods were sent in only 6 boxes. It is impossible to send all my goods in just 6 boxes. I am even missing items for my US customer but I have decided to forget about this problem. Most of the goods you sent were wrong sizes, wrong items, wrong color, ect. I did not complain but I still want my missing items. I work with many Chinese companies and never had this problem before. I am very honest and I can provide you many of my Chinese partner details so you can speak with them.
