I ordered a 32gb iphone 4 GSM. I still have not received any product after a month. I was able to communicate with someone until I mentioned refund. After that I get no email reply and the phone number is a disconnected china mobile phone number.

Hi there, I just want to let you know that i need your help to avoid who a criminal who scammed for a purchase of cell phones from a company named Tiangying Electronic Trading Co., Ltd with a website that I found on Internet on this link http://www.tiangyingmei.com and yesterday I made a wire transfer for $13.000 to a beneficiary who is a client of that bank, the information of the transfer is as follow: XIAOYAN LI, Account # 6216612600000720956 to the Branch located in Nanchang City Jiangxi Province, China, Swift BKCH CN BJ 480, so after I found out that i was scammed I went back to my bank and they filled out a claim and told me that since the money was already sent to the intermediary Bank and the Beneficiary will not be able to withdraw the money until 2 o 3 after the transfer has been made, the suggested me to comunicate with the Bank of China to try to stop the transfers to avoid that the criminal who scammed me withdraw the money until you find out that there is a claim for that transaction, so i would really appreciate all your help on this matter because it is a criminal act and I can not loose my money because it's $13.000.00 from a loan that I get from my Bank, so please stop that payment and do not let those criminal to withdraw the money and I will send you all the information that you need to prove what I have stated. If you can please provide me an email address where i can send you all the documents from the bank. I have trying to comunicate with Bank of China to stop the payment but i can not find the way to comunicate with them so please help me out with this matter.
