Opinion for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I met a man who said he was getting real Apple Ipads from China on trade key. He showed me them so I wanted to do the same. I found this supposed supplier. He agreed to send me 1 Apple iPad 32GB WIFI+3G and 1 Apple iPad 64GB WIFI+3G the total came to $550. Then he said that he would send it to me after Chinese new year which was not part of the deal. And today I still have no correspondence with him and no iPads. I will never trust anyone here again unless this gets resolved.

I AM IN DEEP DISTRESS WITH THIS INDIVIDUAL NAMED YANMAI, WHO PROMISED ME 3 'ORIGINAL APPLE IPHONES FOR $265 EACH. HE SPOKE WITH ME ON PHONE AND GAVE ME TEN SERIAL NUMBERS.
HE SAY HE USES PAYPAL SO I THINK MORE SAFER. I PAY HIM $825USD AND DHL DELIVERY AND I RECEIVE A BOOK CALL 'CIDIAN'
