We have proof of our payments (6 in total) and can provide that to you if necessary. We also many, many e-mails which are too many to attach to this. However, they are available if necessary. We were contacted by a company first called Tianjin Aosidun offering Tartaric Acid. We called for samples and received them and approved them (we have since been told that the samples came from Great Wall Biochemical Engineering Co.). Then when it came to us placing the orders, we received Proforma Invoices i.n.o. Tianjin Henghua Import & Export Co. We drew up our purchasing specification and order sheets, referring to the samples approved by us. When first trial order (300Kg + 4000Kg) arrived, we found that it wasn\\\\\\\'t L-Tartaric Acid but in fact what we believe is builder\\\\\\\'s lime. By that time our first Fcl was already on the water (although we were assured by Tianjin that they supervised the loading of the Fcl)and paid for. Then Tianjin shipped the next Fcl of which we only paid them 50% although they pushed us for the balance of payment. We insisted that we wouldn\\\\\\\'t pay the balance until the first Fcl arrived and we were happy. Needless to say, when we opened the Fcl, we found builder\\\\\\\'s lime,not Tartaric Acid! We are currently having the product tested by an independant laboratory here in South Africa but they are almost 100% sure that it is builder\\\\\\\'s lime. It is defenitely NOT Tartaric Acid. We asked our trusted contact in China to visit this company. She went last week but found a residential building and they wouldn\\\\\\\'t permit her to enter. She has confirmed that we have been scammed.
