Presently, the company owned 14 unit of the most advanced CNC punch press base cover production lines in the nation, 4 progressive high-speed punching machines, 8 high-speed injection machines, and equipped with the visual inspection system, automatic counter, and bagging/packaging machine.
The production equipment was equipped with 6 aerosol cover production lines. The production speed of the top cover is 600 pieces in a minute of time, and the production speed of the bottom cover is 700 pieces in a minute. Doubtfully, the annual production capacity has reached 500 million sets. All the aerosols can lid and food cover model and types have been widely used by all cans food manufacturer in the market. The company plans to start production of “easy-opening lid" production lines in 2019, to increase the production of easy-opening lid products.
