Tianjin United & Technical Chemical Co.LTD reviews

We received the container we bought from Tianjin United & Technical Chemicals (a 20 feet container with 17600 kg of SLES 2EO (Sodium laureth sulfate). Even when the appearence and smell are only similar to original sample sent some time ago (and which was correct in analysis carried out by us), we made the Anionic Active Matter test where we already noticed some differences, like a faster than normal dilution, and less foaming while dissolving. The test gave an assay of only 16% of active matter, not the 70% we bought (a mere fraction of what we paid for). All the documents where right, even the Certificate of Origin. The payment was made against load of the container, that came with the 80 drums of SLES. We contacted the seller, but they don't aknowledge the failure and keep asking for time to clear this … For what? .. More time to cheat more companies? We are trying to pursue some legal actions against them, but the main is to make this public and avoid them to get richer making this sort of FRAUD.
