Hello My name is Dawn Tilby and my email address is [email protected] I am an online seller and always use tradekey to find my suppliers and have been very pleased. However, in October this year I contacted Topnotch wholesale inc - www.nikekicks.cn - contact was Thomas, they are a gold member and have 40 trust points so I thought they would be OK to trade with. I purchased 10 apple ipods, 6 scarves and 6 zippo lighters at a cost of $1104 which I paid via western union. I received the ipods but they are useless. They are not even apple ipods. The packaging is great but the actual ipod is a cheap MP3 player. The menu etc is in Japanese and the software does not match the mp3 player - they are useless. I never even received the scarves and the zippo lighters. I have emailed a few times and have had one reply that they will credit me on my next order for $104 for the scarves and lighters that I never received but since I emailed asking for a full refund on everything I have not heard a thing. Please help, I am $1104 out of pocket with 10 useless mp3 players to show for it. I always recommend tradekey to my friends and would like to continue doing so. Purchased a few pairs of Nike shoes. They list that there shoes are from the OEM supplier & are of high quality. Shoes were detailed at customs because they said they are fake, not OEM shoes. Have since numerous emails to Thomas Wang & not even one single reply to says that they are fake or OEM. Hence, I can't get Mr Wang to give me proof that they are OEM shoes (so I can notify customs) or get a refund from Notnotch. Now that they have my money, they could care less about the fake shoes they sent me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and that's putting it nicely.
