Trade Sunstar Investments (represented by the criminal Andries Johannes) participated in a fradulent scheme specified below together with: 1) RBW Goldi represented by Mr. Hendrik De Beer (site WWW.RBWGOLDIFRIES.BIZ.HT) and 2) South African company Jamkom Multi Trading (represented by Mr. Andries Johannes). Summary of events: 1. On 9 March 2016 we transferred advance payment DIRECTLY TO THE ACCOUNT of RBW Goldi represented by Mr. Hendrik De Beer. 2. Starting from 15 March we started receiving strange emails from RBW Goldi that the agent (namely Mr. Andries Johannes) is in COMA in hospital and they can not ship the cargo until Mr. Andries is back from hospital. On 16 March RBW Goldi said the containers were ready and would be in sea port on 17 March. Also RBW Goldi sent us a number of strange messages that they can not get in touch with any Sunstar Investments\\\\\\\' representatives to invite them to check the containers. Respective correspondence is attached. 3. On 17 March we received strange email from JAMKOM MULTI TRADING (see attached) where they offered their \\\\\\\"help\\\\\\\". When we contacted Jamkom via Skype, they asked us to make a deposit to RBW Goldi. Also on 19 March RBW Goldi sent strange email to us which stated that the agent (Mr. Andries Johannes) still owes some money to RBW Goldi and RBW Goldi can not ship our goods. This was really strange as we transferred the advance NOT to agent BUT DIRECTLY TO THE ACCOUNT OF RBW GOLDI. When we asked RBW Goldi how much is still required they requested us to transfer additional 18,500 USD !!!!! to the SAME BANKING ACCOUNT to which we transferred initial 45,000USD advance!!!!! That happened on 21 March and by that date the shipment was not still made. Moreover despite our numerous requests, RBW Goldi refused to show the cargo to us. 4. Starting from 22 March we started to send reminders to RBW Goldi and asked them to send us shipping documents OR to RETURN OUR ADVANCE BACK. In response, RBW Goldi send us strange messages inviting us have a face-to-face meeting in Johannesburg. When we asked RBW Goldi to provide us with physical address fro the meeting on 25 March, THEY DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ADDRESS. Also we mentioned that we would apply to South African Police Service to investigate. 5. Starting from 28 March RBW Goldi did NOT send us any reply to our emails. Also we have NOT received our advance back and we have NOT received any copies of any shipping documents. Sun star contacted me, I ordered they sent invoice, I paid, this is the last I heard . They do not answer mails, or take calls. They have not fulfilled there agreement and I want a refund.

I am writing to report Trade Sunstar Investment Ltd as a fraudster and scam company in South Africa also known as Sunstar Investment Ltd, ever since I paid through my company Africa International Trade & Commerce Research Ltd on the 7 and 17 April 2015 the sum total of USD 8,680.00 to Trade Sunstar Investment Ltd. They issued me fake/forged documents both from the South African government and the shipping company. They have stop responding to my emails and calls and Skype contact. The Bill of Lading number they gave isAGLBL34526 container numbers: PONU0458236 and TGHU3733858 and Maersk line is the shipping company, could not confirm any of the numbers. We couldn\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t find or track the numbers of track on Maersk line office or website, I ask them to politely respond and up to now they have not shown any other document or evidence that my goods is on transit. After I registered in Tradekey, I left a quotation for Rogaine Foam men. A few days later I was contacted by Sunstar Investments Pty Ltd, offering me the product. I contacted initially with Mr Andries, althoug the followings emails I dealt with Mr De beer. Mr De beer told me that the minimum order for this product was 10 packs for 270 $ shipping included ,so I agreed. Before paying via I made sure that this men belong to the company Sunstar Investments Pty Ltd through its live chat, and I checked that every thing was ok. I went ahead with the payment via Western Union, Mr De Beer told me the information) payable to: Names: Divine Takuh Abonkio Country: South Africa Province: Gauteng Zip code:2001 Test Question: Sample Answer: order Western Union 270$ 10 packs ( 3 Rogaine foam men) Shipping included A couple of days later, he contacted me to tell me that everything was ok whith the payment, and I would receive the order whithin 4/5 days. Days went by and got nothing, I didn�´t even get the tracking number. After contacting the company through all its emails, I got no serius reply. Except from Grindrods, a shipping company, that told me that the order was there and they were waiting Sunstar Investments Pty Ltd to pay for the shipping cost. Finally I was contacted by Mr Andries to ask me for more money 110$ to send the parcel. I relied on this company because they contacted me through Tradekey, and you have good reputation. The thing is that such a company should be removed from Tradekey due to its shameful behaviour. I make my living by selling these products online as well, and I had never been treated this way before. I am not a big company, I am an average person ruling a hairdresser and a website in Spain.
