Evaluation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

I place an order to them last September 15, and then i send my payment thru Western Union on Sept. 20 in this name that they gave me.

Clara, the one that im dealing with confirmed my payment in the attached email on Sept 21 and after that i never heard from them.
Then i emailed them on the 24th informing them that i havent receive the items yet and i dont even have tracking number to track that. They replied me on the 28th and they gave me the tracking number EE836157347CN which is not valid and until now Oct. 5 i havent receive my item and never heard from them.
