Trailbiz2009 Foreign Trading Co., ltd reviews

On, 11/19/09, our company contacted Trailbiz 2009 via TradeKey with an inquiry to purchase Zhu Zhu products. My contact goes by the names Tiffany, Zheng yu ji, Ben, and Wen Cowboy. After receiving an invoice and doing all I could to verify the integrity of their company, we wire transfered $4750USD to them on 11/23/09. On 12/4/09, we received two boxes of 4 worthless turtle nightlights, not the 1100 Zhu Zhu products we ordered. When I notified Tiffany, she was apologetic and promised action. I am writing to you because one month after the money was sent, there has been no action taken to resolve the transaction in question. Tiffany has since stopped corresponding with me. I have not received a response to my past 3 emails to her. This has gone from a business transaction to a theft. I've attached a photo of one of the 8 turtle night lights I received, but am having problems attaching the supporting documents here. I will send a separate email. What is going on! From these 3 tracking numbers the first package got to Florida address today with the 3 pairs of ugly UGG boots? The second tracking # shows the package was delivered to Indiana, and the third one was never shipped.
