Trans-Invest Corp was once Xavier Management Inc but was bought and is now under new managemen. TIC is head office is still located in Liberia, West Africa. The company has now shift focus a bit, we are now focusing on our new project logging. We will commece full operation of our logging concession in March of 2008.
