This company does not care what a buy offer says they just spam every person who puts a new posting up on TradeKey. Because of their activity we are reluctant to use TradeKey. They should be band from this site. This is the company www.trustsupplier.com

I dealt with Alice when purchasing the boots - first by online chat and then by email. She was extremely helpful when I was purchasing the boots, but since receiving the boots on December 20, 2009- which were of very poor quality, she has not responded to any of my emails. The sole of the one boot started coming off after wearing them two times for a short period. She has not responded to any of my emails. I am requesting a new pair of boots or my money back. I have sent at least four emails - one with the picture of the boots showing the sole coming off. I would have to rate this company poor because of the poor quality of product I received and the worse part being no response to my compliant about their product. They obvious do a good job of getting you to buy from them, but they do not stand behind their products. I have no way of knowing if all their products are such poor quality or if this product I received is an exception - but either way the boots are not wearable.
