Tututrade Co., Ltd reviews

You told me to pick a company with lots of trust points and I did. Tututrade Co., Ltd has over 3900 points so I trusted them and gave them a small order of $245 for 3 handbags and 9 perfumes. I received my box today and there was 1 bag I ordered and nothing else I ordered and paid for was in the box! They put 2 ugly shirts and another handbag I did not order. SO I paid all that money for 1 piece of my order. This is giving me high blood pressure and I'm totally stressed! I have sent complaints in about 3 merchants and now here is another one! So far I'm not getting one honest dealer on TradeKey and I know you have them I just seem to running bad luck. What can I do??? Shirl Quinn [email protected]

I sent this company my money for a total of 14 purses and 1 belt by moneygram and i have not recieved package or tracking number. my representitive was name Audrey whom i have emailed over 20 times to try to resolve this matter but they dont respond to my emails. what can i do to get my money back or my products. I have the MTCN# for the reciept of moneygram. and there trustpoints claim to be 3990 but it is proving to be very untrusting

I have placed only (3) orders for golf clubs with this supplier. ((3) of 6 pieces I received from them were defective . including (1) Set of Ping Rapture Irons (1)TaylorMade Driver and (1) Callaway Driver. The TaylorMade Driver has " bubbles in paint finish on clubhead". The Callaway Driver has Mispelled Wording on shaft "Anniversary" is Mispelled " Anniversart" and it does not have name of Shaft maker" Fujikura" nor Name of shaft "Speeder,etc". It is a special edition and is supposed to have these distinguishing features. Ping Rapture 5 Iron says "4" on clubface instead of "5". I was told that TaylorMade Driver would be replaced at no charge...with next order. I ordered the Callaway Driver and Set of Ping Rapture Irons ( both were defective as previously described) but taylorMade Driver was not sent with order. I am now being told that if I buy an (2) additional sets of TaylorMade Irons that I would be given deduction of $51.00 from order of first set of TaylorMade Irons and $100.00 from order of second set of TaylorMade Irons....and that company would send a replacement 5 iron and missing Rapture emblem that goes on back of clubface of 3 iron.I paid $154.80 for Callaway Driver and $148.50 for TaylorMade Driver and $331.00 for set of Ping Rapture Irons with defects. I can not sell them as they are. I was promised in numerous e-mails that problems would be resolved only they aren't being resolved. As I said , now , I am being told that if I buy (2) more sets of TaylorMade Irons for $$752.00 in two separate shipments that supplier will deduct $51.00 from price of first shipment and $100.00 from price of second shipment.and replacement will be sent for Ping Rapture Iron as well as "Rapture " emblem that goes on back of club head. I have many e-mails that have promises that supplier did not make good on. I have Pay-Pal reciepts for payment. I originally was dealing with a man called "KIT" and then was told that he is out sick. So I have been dealing with David Lin Manager. He keeps e-mailng me doubletalk when he actually takes time to answer my e-mails.The first order wasecieved on July 29,2008 ( Defective taylorMade Driver On August 22,2008 I recieved defective Ping Iron set and defective Callaway Driver .I have e-mailed Brandsupplier at least 35 times and phoned them long distance two times. I was told that I either do as they say or they will not correct problem. I offered to order (1) set of TaylorMade Irons ($351.00) and have them deduct $154.80 for defective Callaway 25th Anniversary Driver and I would forget about defective TaylorMade Driver ($148.50) ...if they would replace defective Ping 5 iron and send " missin "rapture" emblem that goes on back of Ping Rapture 3 iron (defective ).

i think this supplier is very fraudulent in its dealings. I have never had anything arrive on time and everything that they have sent me has been a fake and used goods. I have paid for products and they won't send my stuff now. I have requested them to send me my money or to give me a refund and nothing is forthcoming. I have dealt with KIT who was my main contact. I have dealt with David (the owner), Wendy Long and Jane, who all have been saying in the past month that they will all help but no one is doing anything, but are asking me to order more sutff.
