Review for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Supplier Assured me that product would be shipped before Dec. 25th I was able to track infromation and product was last posted that it was: DEPARTURE FROM OUTWARD OFFICE OF EXCHANGE. That has been since Dec. 12th. I have made Several attempts to contact supplier. They WILL Not Respond!

I ask why he tell that i will get the good in 3-5 days and is been hapen 16 days and i dons't get yet. and don't responds my emails
