Production Powder Coating

Our overhead conveyor production line is available for high volume electrostatic powder painting. Parts run on our production line can range from small stamped parts, weldments to large parts up to 24 feet long. Our batch department includes five production stations for electrostatic painting, fluid bed vinyl coating and plastisol coating.

5 Stage Part Wash System

To guarantee the most effective bond, we carefully clean all parts, treat with iron-phosphate and seal them in our five-stage automatic in-line washers prior to coating. Smooth and textured surfaces in high-gloss to matte finishes are available in a broad range of colors to finish most metal products. In addition, our capabilities include on or off-line product packaging and drop shipping to any destination.
