Ordered and paid no goods and tracing number, as well as a refusal to explain by not answering email. Just bald face theft.

Ordered 25 jerseys from this company and was given a tracking number after making payment. No shipment came, no customer support, only empty promises, it has been several months now and no products.

I placed an order with emily yang for 14pcs (jerseys). she confirmed my order. I in turn sent a payment for $304.00 usd thru western union as instructed by emily yang MTCN : 056-733-6607 to long yan liu. After payment was received I was contacted by emily yang and told that only 3pcs were available. I asked for a full refund and it was refused. She said I was crazy and was trying to get me to buy items I did not need. After that initial contact requesting my money emily yang ignored all correspondence from me. I have documentation of all conversations with Emily and am asking again for a full refund. I paid in good faith and I expect to either get a full refund or my order with no substitutions. I am representing my client Paul Zubernick as his attorny, Mr. Zubernick recently purchase 14 jerseys thru NFLorders.com, he was instructed by Emily Yang to pay via Western Union $304.00 usd. The mtcn# is 056-733-6607 was sent as instruted by ms. yang to long yan liu for his order. The order was for jerseys, 4 mlb at $20 usd, 8 nfl at $20usd and 2 nhl at $32 for a grand total of $304 usd, plus $14 to send it Wstern Union. This order was confirmed by Emily Yang on11/14/09. Upon receipt of the money Mr. Zubrnick was informedthat only 3 pieces were available. At that time he requested a full refund for the enitre order, the representative Emily Yang refused to cooperate, she insisted that Mr.Zubernick order jerseys he didn't need. All coorespndence made to Ms. Yang have been completely ignored. If this isnt handled the correct way in 24 hours we will b forced to contact Western Union and the Local Authorites. Tehre is no need to have this come to these extreme situtations, all my client wants is a full refund of $318usd total. Send the Western Union to Paul Zubernick, 31939 Lyndbrook Court, Westlake Villiage, California 91361. Please advise when the matter is resolved.
