Remark for Wallwasher DOA, Floodlight broken packaged. Very bad communication

I ordered for approx. $4000. I got the products. After i checked the goods i had some problems.
1. i ordered static color balloons, i got RGB twinkling colors
2. I ordered candle with veramic, the ceramic is dirty.
3. the boxes are written so i can\\\\\\\'t sel the lights as new
4. Floodlight defective packaged
5. Wallwasher defective received. 9 not working correctley)
6. DMX connector is not the world wide standard XLR3 . It\\\\\\\'s not told i had to order a controller from Vtop.
After 3 months and a lot of emails to this company ( James, Sandy) there\\\\\\\'s still no solution. Somethimes i get an reply after weeks, but it\\\\\\\'s only for time expanding. It\\\\\\\'s asking for pictures, video\\\\\\\'s and so on. Than it\\\\\\\'s an excuse for the late reply because of businesstrip, than it\\\\\\\'s a dad who\\\\\\\'s having cancer, than it\\\\\\\'s because of holiday.
I don\\\\\\\'t believe it anymore and i think James, Jen and Sandy is the same person.
This was the second order and the last.
