In the beginning I purchased 1 kayak for 600USD. They took my money and then said the minimum I need to buy is 3, so I purchased 2 more (total 1419USD). I was informed the goods were shipped but then I received another email saying they \\\\\\\"accidentally\\\\\\\" included 11 kayaks instead of 3 and they want payment for all of them. I refused. They replied saying there was nothing they could do and they will need to incur the loss. The goods then apparently were shipped with a courier company \\\\\\\"Speed-nex\\\\\\\". The goods went from China to Malaysia to Thailand and then to Singapore where the courier said I needed to pay for an \\\\\\\"FSA Stamp\\\\\\\" for Singapore Customs. I contacted the Singapore Embassy in Australia, the Singapore Customs office in Singapore and a local Customs broker and they all said that an FSA Stamp does not exist and its not required for a shipment in transit through Singapore. I queried the matter with the courier and they refused to answer me, they just insisted I pay the money. In the end i was forced to do so to get the goods although as soon as I did the courier wanted to charge an extra 1500USD for delay fees. I refused to pay this and now the courier has disappeared and the supplier wont return my emails and I have not received any goods
