Observation for Bad Experience

We have placed total 3 orders to make pet hat, pet clothes and pet toy last year end. After we have transfered the whole amount to them for 3 weeks, they told us that they are not able to produce the pet clothes and delivery this order on time, then we decided to withdraw this order but upto now, they didn't refund the payment to us. Regarding the other orders, the sample sent to us were really in good quality but when we received the actual order, the quality can not be accepted and can be sold. We trying to contact them but they cannot be reached. So please becareful when you consider to do business with them. The one who contact us is call Tracy.
