Remark for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier
13-01-2018
This letter is in regards to the company names Orisi Vukinavanua Logging Co and company Fresh Waters (Fiji) Limited, in concern of its director Orisi Vukinavanua.
Our company has located this suppliers details on an international trading website, for the supply of goods for Fiji Sandalwood and Fijian Sea-Cucumber (beche de mer).
Upon first contact, from the 2nd December 2011 the director of both of these companies had himself partaken in correspondence with me, on both email and phone, assuring that the goods we required could be supplied to us (in this case the sea-cucumber).
We proceeded to make an order, as photographs were provided, and we were advised that our amount required was available. On the 30th of December it was confirmed that specifically the two species that we required could be supplied at 1 tonne per month.
On the 4th of January 2012, I received confirmation of payment terms. Which specified that a 50% was to be made by T/T online transfer, and receipt to be shown for the goods to be dispatched for shipment to our China office. I replied with our offer price and clearly stated our order terms.
Once receiving the invoice on the 5th of January, we arranged to pay the deposit (USD4,500.00) from our Westpac account from our company here in Australia; Australia Golden Nan Pty Ltd , and the goods would be delivered to our Chinese company Shenzhen Huaxing Qiangting Environmental Engineering Co,. Ltd. Into the bank account nominated and noted on the invoice.
The invoice terms indicated that we would receive the goods in our China office, the latest, by the 19th of January 2012. As we transferred monies for the goods on the 9th of January 2012, it was sufficient time for Orisi to send the goods to arrive (via airfreight as agreed and noted on the invoice).
We had waited patiently for the Sea-cucumber documents and export details to be supplied. Nothing had been sent to us. As of the 16th of January we emailed and requested for documents to be urgently sent, and for the fishery FAO number to be supplied to make the supply was legal. Instead of sending the details, he sent me a copy of his passport. I followed up again on the 17th of January 2012. His response was that they are waiting for the licence renewal, and this is the reason for delay.
On the 7th of February 2012, he advised would send our sea-cucumber with our separate order for sandalwood. He confirmed stock was ready in Nadi, but made excuse as to why he couldn\'t send the photo\'s to us of the stock. I then found it difficult to contact Orisi, to request for our full deposit to be returned, as the goods were not received in time
Our company was worried that the funds have been taken fraudulently by Orisi through his company, and also noticed with some details in his correspondence, that he was flying internationally after we had made the deposit. I looked into his company details and found his export manager and contacted him about making the refund to us, as no goods received.
Please see last email attachment for correspondence between myself and Eddie Uluinaceva (Export Manager for Orisi Company) in regards to the deposit being refunded to our company. He agreed that deposits should be refunded and commenced to arrange for Orisi to sign transfer document from there New Zealand main company.
After many attempts to contact Orisi and his company have failed we have no other option but to report this. The above report clearly indicates that funds have been used for purposes other than business or related to our products, and would like officials to have the funds returned and Orisi prosecuted or his actions.

Comment for mahogany scam
07-09-2019
Orisi Vukinavanua Logging and or Western Blue Waters Fiji Limited is an scam. We open an LC for a trial container of mahogany lumber after 2 months and hundreds of email Mr. Vukinavanua ask us that need to advance a 10% via Western Union to fill some export duties locally. We did and lost our money. After that never respond to our emails or calls.
DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THEM.
