My name is Anton...i have problem and wanna tell it now Tradekey.com - it great idea for peoples , who wanna make business together, but i see here strange company with bad communications and service.. im dropship seller i got many emails from companys, who sale electronics. And i choose company with good prices..name of this company is: Xiamen Heng xing Internatoinal Trade Co., Ltd and i try to bay one game console XBOX 360 Elite 120Gb with 2 controllers and 7 games... this company use webshop- www.netelectroniccity.com... i have supplier from this company, shes name is Lisa ([email protected]).... She give me boss name for my payment via Wester Union... first name: Jianhao, last name:Ou... 16 Oct i pay 90$ (i attach customer copy) Lisa promice ship my goods 17 Oct... I ask Lise 17 Oct- can give to me tracking no? She saz- im sorry today office close- we have holidays... we ship item monday..ok... i come to ask monday- she told me- im sick and stay home and maybe your goods has been sent... i tell- please call office now and give it trackng to me.... she tell- no one office now- wait few hours and i give it to you.... i waitin all 19 oct, 20 okt- she of off line, or tell -''Sorry im busy''.....sad... cause i bay it to my customer in USA and i promice best servise and quick shipping to my customers, but i see i have problem- i dont know where is my money and.. my good shipped or not.... i dont know what i need tell too my customer.....Please help me!!! this company dont answer me One more stranger fact.... i have mail from another company: Lizhong Trade Co., Ltd (i attach file) Here supplier, shes name is Amily...she give to me same webshop!!!!! www.netelectroniccity.com (see i attach file)...it strange- 2 different name of company and one shop.... If 2 company work with one shop, why Amily dont know Lisa, dont know the ''boss" Jianhao Ou....!!!!!!! Im agry, cause dis scammers assotiation- it peoples take money and dont ship items to customers, don't answers, shes phone not exist... I see after my payment Lisa offline all time if she online- she dont wanna talk, busy... or else...3 day ago Lisa give me tracking number and i wait to see it in online tracking, but after two days after 3 days to no info about this transaction!! She give me a fake tracking number!!! She still dont ship enything after one week after my payment!!! Dear! Please help me! I wanna my money back and block this cheatters from Tradekey....
