It is coined from the thought of saying, “Whew, Red” which manifests an expression that signifies the meaning of the color RED in Chinese culture. The color RED implies progressing or going upwards, good luck, celebration, vitality, enthusiasm and vigor.           After 13 good years in good business, Xiamen Hoored Co.,Ltd has grown to be an institution vast enough to hold a big detail of organizational chart, but not too big to be working apart and fragmented.     We are able to meet our goals because we work as a big team, but holding onto only one goal. We may be a big group moving altogether, but always in the same direction.  The trait of being “people-oriented” can be found in the veins of Hoored. The people on top of the corporate ladder give much importance of hearing out what the rest of the team has to suggest or express.  Working within reasonable number of hours, all employees are permitted to speak and be heard.  We believe that each one can learn from everyone. With Hoored, it does not necessarily follow that the leader is the only one capable of teaching. Employees’ wisdom and suggestions are welcome so long as they are output-oriented.     The opportunity to voice out is maintained on the right track by the listener’s being conscious in reminding everyone “to correct any flaws you may have committed and be cautious about them if you haven’t.”  We agree in unison that such working condition can stimulate honesty and harmonious working relationship, while being respectful of each one’s distinctive talents and skills.     “Proof of the pudding is in the eating,” is what we employ in matters of recruitment.  Just a research is possible to fail, and so is approving of a rightfully ambitious staff aiming for promotion. But we are not mindful of the failure it may cause as long as the individual concerned can address the situation diligently, and as long that they keep in mind to “Do their best” because that is one of Hoored’s best strategy to remain fit in the competitive world.     While Hoored management is quick to correct whatever errors committed to avoid recurrence, it is also equally swift to reward a deserving employee with more than just a pat on the back.  That system will not only acknowledge their hard work but also provides inspiration for them to keep moving forward because innovation is very essential for Hoored.
