I have ordered from this seller's web page two handbags but received them in different quality - much poorer quality but paid for very high quality leather and received vinyl and one handbag was completely different color. Have sent two pictures what i have originally ordered and paid and the pictures what i have received for this seller to see also i asked this seller for the return address twice via email but they did not provide any addresses and on the top of it all before i received two handbags i have placed another order and paid as i have trusted the seller, this order was partially refunded and couple of days ago i was advised that other product i paid for were not in stock, so i asked seller to let me know what was available but they just sent me the parcel and will not tell me what they have sent to me - i did not authorized them to choose any products for me.
