We, Eastern Harbour International Ltd, are a buying office for department stores oversea. We saw from Alibabas web. In Jun 27 we place an order with the above factory for 26 mountain bike with item DL-940 which with picture and specification from the factory at a price of US$33/bike according to their quotation sheet. Delivery will be 30 days after the sample confirmed by us. We requested for sample, however, the factory insist to have 30% deposit of the total order paid and would supply sample after 7 days. After 10 days after we remitted deposit of US$5350 to them, and chased several times, they sent a picture of sample which is totally different with item DL-940 we ordered. Moreover, they informed that the bike they are to supply us as the picture will be US$43 each.
We refused to accept and asked for refund of the deposit we sent, they just get away from answering.
We do hope there will be no more unfortunate fall into their trap again. Please publish this fact to the public. We are still chasing for the money from this fraudulent company XINGTAI DALI BICYCLE CO LTD in Hebei.
