This company is a scam. They are listed on a site showing scams on tradekey. So are many others. I sent payment and received nothing. A scam operating with the consent of tradekey officials. I dealt with an individual calling himself Lin tong. I placed an order, sent payment, received nothing, cannot contact Lin tong. I have copies of emails, orders, payment, promises. But no product and no refund. Yet this individual is a gold member with 30 trust points. If this is one of your good safe merchants the rest must be terribly corrupt. Steve

Dear Sir, I am here to report fraud by one of your goldkey memebr namely M/S. Xinhongb2b (China) Trading co. An agreement was signed by this com with me on 26/6/1009 (Copy attached) to supply 2 laptops and one unit of desk top computer to me in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. According to contract, the payment was made locally by my Chinese agent in order to initiate a police case in case of fraud as I was cheated by another com in China for $1858. Then the local police had told my agent that if the payment had been made locally, the police could have taken action. This was the reason that this time a payment of $795 was made locally by ny agent (payment proof attached) and M?S. Xinhong also agreed to this method of payment. It is evident from the contract. As per contract, the units were to be dispatched within 8 hours of payment but goods was dispatched about 4/5 days later and I was provide with a TNT tracking number. Upon tracking the consignment with the number they had provided, it was found that the tracking number was for some other item that has already been received by thr consignee in perhaps Spain. I informed them of this and then they sent me another tracking number thru email (email can be forwarde to you if so required) for another consignment after about 10 days of making the paymrnt. When the consignment arrived in jeddah, saudi Arabia, I found out that it was a fake wrist watch and an iPOD. (proof attached) I informed them again and they appologised for the mistake and promised to send me my computers later when they receive it back from someone in USA to whom it has been sent by mistake (according to them). It took them another 2 weeks for them to send me my consignment trupdex.com and also provided me a tracking number thru email (Email can be forwarde to you if required). when I tracked the consignment on the website, I noticed that the destination is mentioned as RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA. I immediately informed them about this mistake in destination and they replied back that the shipper has been told about it and i don't have any reason to worry. When I tracked the consignment again after 5 days, I came to know that it is held up in Dubai. I sent an email to pdex.com Dubai about it. They replied that the item has been sent to Riyadh and not Jeddah and since the consignee name, address and even the tel. no is wrong, DHL could not deliver it. I reiqested DHL to sent the consignment to jeddah and they did. when I went to DHL Jeddah Office, I was surprised to note that the consignment contains onlt a simple piece of headphone and not laptops. moreover, refused to handove the consignment to me due to the error in name, address and tel no. I informed thru email to M/S. Xinhongb2b trading co.but they did not reply to my email. I sent 2/3 more emails but still remain unanswered. (emails can be forwarded to you if required). Sir, It is a simple case of fraud as they sent me 2 consignments and both the times it was some other very cheap item but never my ordered laptops for which I have paid. I had chosen xinhongb2b trading co. as according to your website, they were the goldkey member. But now I am almost certain that they are using the reputed platform of TRADEKEY.COM to do fraudulet business dealings and cheat customers who have trust in TRADEKEY.com Kindly let me know what other proofs are required by you to take any action whatsoever, against this company. I made a transaction about 4 weeks ago. I did it depending on their trust point and being gold supplier. I talked with first LINTONG and then SARA. First I have got two fake apple ipod touch. But I ordered and paid for 5 original ps3 consoles. Then I asked SARA told me that LINTONG left the job. Then they resend the parcel. But this time to a wrong address. Now I sent them several email but they are ignoring me. But I paid them. I did it because I trusted tradekey. Tradekey should not let this fraud people to enter tradekey. Now I am requesting tradekey to please help me to get my money back. I am providing the following documents 1) invoice 2) payment receipt by western union 3) a picture of what i received first time. and second time i received nothing.

They took the money and run and they don't reply to the e-mails. Scammers. Avoid them
