Dear Sir / Madam, Let me explain you our situation. From Xinhui Carbon Co, Ltd we bought activated carbon 2.5 tons. But received good was not the same quality as in COA provided by this company. We are a big pharmaceutical company and has ofcourse here our laboratory, which got bad results after making a test. Company manager Ms. jane told that may be there was mistake by loading and they refused to receive good back, but offered to take the same quantity once again. As everybody can make mistake we belived them , as we could not imagine that they can once again send non qulaity good. We added them USD 900, (our partner in China paid them RMB 900, unfurtunettly has not payment\\\'s order by my side), theu send us sample which was normal quality. We agreed with them and receive 2.5 tons again. But quality of good was the same, different from received sample. our partner, our company has signed with them contract according to which they will return us money, but they refused now to take their responsibility. They don\\\'t answer us and to our chinese partner, who wants to help us to solve this problem. Now i hope you can help us to solve this problem and keep buyer\\\'s rights. best regards,
