Review for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Supplier is very cooperative when we are trying to close a deal with the product. After we have sent payment to the bank account she gave, she sent limited replies on my emails.
She keep on saying that they did not receive payment but we have proof that the money has already been transferred (see attachments).
