I SENT $967.00 Guangrong Zhou bank account for our Order to be shipped to me in the USA. Ee have not being able to locate him for the status of our order. A fake EMS Tracking number was sent to me with a NANO IPOD 8GB. THAT was all I received for $967.00 from Xing Li (a.k.a) Guangrong Zhou. I need to get my order or refund my money. I bought from this company an IPHONE 3GS 32GB. The email i contacted is [email protected] and his name is Xing. I sent $230usd including shipping fee. The MTCN:8658969180 and this person gave me this WESTERN UNION information: First Name: YONGMING Last Name: PENG Address: GUILIN GUANGXI CHINA Zip code: 541004 I send the money and in a couple of days he gave me the tracking #:EE256532080CN. I received a package but when i opened it, i saw a fake "ipod touch 32gb". It is so fake i don't pay $30usd, it's a horrible product! I pay for an IPHONE 3GS 32GB!! I contact this person again and tell him the mistake they did, it took him 3 days to answer me that his boss told him i need to send the fake ipod so they can send me the IPHONE 3GS 32GB. I told him i wouldn't send anything until they send the IPHONE, i went to my post office and tried to send it back, but it's too expensive to send this trash to CHINA($60usd!). I'm not paying this piece of trash because i didn't ask for it, IT WASN'T MY MISTAKE AND IS TOO EXPENSIVE TO SEND IT BACK!!That's when i realize this person is making fraud to people, selling expensive products and sending some cheap faked thing. I told this Xing to discount $30usd for the mistake they did from my money and send back only $200usd. As you can see i'm still loosing here!They have a tracking # proving they send the package, but i have the pictures of this trash they send. So this thieves don't want to send me back my money. I've sent too many emails to this person and have no answer at all. Hope you can do something, because it's like the 4th company that made me fraud, and TRADEKEY is making publicity to this THIEVES! TRADEKEY is responsible at least to investigate this companies are real and trustful. This company is a GOLDKEY MEMBER!!! How is it possible!! 3 GOLDKEY MEMBERS MADE ME FRAUD!!!! You need to see that it's serious this problems and have to start cleaning your seller's list because the only ones loosing here are the buyers. The first attachment is the MTCN 2nd attachment is jpg of EMS page 3d photo of this "ipod" 4th emails I have all the email i was in contact with this person but i don't know how i can send the original emails, so i'll send it as a .doc and more jpg on this document too.

the sir , i just want to inform you that i bought 2 phone from xinxing tarde as a tial staring of business but unfortunately i didn't recieve anything from them , they gave me a fake UPS tracking # and in the same time i faxed UPS in china but there answe was we didn't recieve this # and the guy from xinxing trade named xing li everyday he telling to check tomorrow this is not good , so please i need your support please
