We are trying to have this company produce 250 sets of 2 different tool sets; I have sent a sample of both sets to their factory on at least 2 occasions, so they can copy them, in addition to also sending them the dimensions of each tool (attached PDF). To start, we have been working on producing 250 sets of a 6 piece tool set. The problem is that when we finally received the first lot of 250 sets in Los angeles many months after promised date - there was not 6 different tools - instead they had produced only 3 of the 6 tools. Additionally they did not separate the tools into sets as required by our purchase order, making it impossible and impractical in Los angeles to separate them ourselves as they are very similar in dimension. We have already paid in full: $952 USD mold charge to make the molds for each set; we additionally paid $497.50 to cover the cost of 250 sets of each type of tool plus freight (Purchase order attached). We were promised a production time of 20 days plus 20 days for delivery following receiving a sample here in Thailand on June 6. When we received the sample, it was not correct but when I communicated with Yoyo that there was only one type of tool in the sample she told me they would be making 6 unique tools and it was not a problem. We then fell so far behind schedule, having worked on this for 8 months, that even though I asked her repeatedly to send another final sample here (Thailand) she never did. Based on the photo she sent me I approved the shipment (even though I was still confused at that point as the 4pc set should have also been completed). Yoyo shipped to Los angeles the initial 250 sets, following receiving our payment. When it arrived, my receiver notified me that the tools were in a big mess and not a set of 6 unique tools. I have photo documentation in detail for all of this. We supply a professional fruit carver with these tools in the USA, in addition to selling them online for our own company. A customer has now informed me that potentially he can take1000 sets of the tools. Unfortunately, we may have to go back to our original supplier in Pakistan if Yoyo cannot get the production of the 250 sets corrected and then also send the 250 sets of the other 4pc tool set which we have paid for.
