Response for Fraud - non delivery of goods

I initially was in contact with Wang Yang from 12 March 2008, and after several emails and a phone call to speak to him on the number given on the webiste and tradekey info, I ordered 2 Nintendo Wii's, one DS lite and one PSP. I sent the money, $441 US by wire transfer on 19/3/08. On 25/3/08 Mr Yang emailed me to state that he had received the money and would be shipping out the goods. I emailed him several times since and have not heard from him.. i tried phoning and initially there was no reply, and then I emailed him via the Tradekey emails, and almost immediately his phone was unobtainable and the website no longer existed. I presume he has run off with my money, which I am very unhappy about. I have enclosed all email correspondance and copy of banck transfer.

Observation for BAD COMPANY

Talk about being honest & a good company & trade key company. Said would send goods in 24hr & give tracking number been many days now & nothing & no response to many emails requesting what is happening so can only say they must be intending to steal money. Glad made such a small order of one console (PSP) only

I sent a payment via Western Union on Sat, 29 Mar 2008 09:04:27 and I recieved a email on Mon, 31 Mar 2008 11:27:14 Stating that the payment was recieved. Now here it is April 9th 2008 and no one will answer my emails or tradekey messages. It's been almost 2 weeks with no response from the company. It's got rip off written all over it, feel free to email me and I will gladly forward the proof that this company is fraudulent.
