Critique for Fraudalent Company. BE CAREFUL!

I made an order on good faith to YITENG for some electronic merchandice. First we agreed on 50% COD. AT this point I asked for my money back. Yiteng refused to give my money back and suggested I pay the whole ammount. YYITENG lied and changed the terms constantly. Finally when I sent the whole amount YITENG gave me a false tracking number for my order. It has been 4 weeks now and I have not heard from them nor do I have the products.
