Evaluation for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

Fast response when discussing about purchasing, but after payment was done, slow in response and didnt get on the tracking no (last email) as promised. I have attached the proof of payment, invoice by them and also email correspondence. I have circled those dates for easier reference.
