Do not buy from this company, even though they guaratee their products are genuine, what I receive was all fake. Again, do not buy from them unless you want fake racquets that you will trash like I did and loose your money!!!

Feedback for No answer - late delivery

I bought some racquets from this supplier, but after the payment they sent part of the order and I\'m trying contact for some days without an answer. This will cause me a lot of trouble with my customs. If I don't receive the rest of the products I will inform the fraud.

Review for Poor service, only 60% delivered, goods damaged

I am very unhappy about the service from this company. I paid for five tennis racquets and only received 3. One of them was damaged and the other one was flawed as it could not handle the string tension a racquet of this calibre should be able to handle.
The last contact from them was on 22 September 2009 although they have logged into tradekey on the 07th of October. This unfortunately is just another bad tradekey experience putting me off using this site.
