Comment for My order was not delivered after payment was made to the supplier

We have provided payment as stated on contract. The supplier was unable to send the product to our company and also failed to provide documents to their courier company for shipment. HIGHLY possible supplier was not able to send products, mainly concerned with payments, and also denied resposibility for shipping conflict.
