Dear Sir, THIS IS A REAL CASE HISTORY OF CHEATING. (Jan 2008) We had seen the advertisement of the below mentioned company in your website. Zhengzhou Futian Chemicals Imp & Exp. Co., Ltd, No.9, Jiangshan Road, Zhengzhou 45000, China, Tel: 86 371 632 Based on that, we had made a business transaction with them and found it was COMPLETE FRAUD. And in this deal, we lost USD 13,700 + Import duty of USD 4,265. Their strategy: - To attract customers by offering price of USD 50/MT to USD 100/MT (based on the strength of negotiation) cheaper than the general market price of other suppliers in China. Based on our experience/confidence with our other suppliers from China, we placed orders with the above supplier for Sodium Hexametaphosphate (SHMP) Tech Grade 68% for 1 FCL of 20.5 MT and made the payment accordingly. Since this was our first purchase from them, we arranged for the Survey & Inspection at the destination port (Cochin, India) through SGS India (Pvt) Ltd. The report was shocking: - it had only just 9.58% P2O5 against the required norm of 68%. The consignment was nothing but Sodium Sulphate (Na2SO4) 80% with a mix of SHMP of 20%. In order to ensure absolute credibility, we arranged every aspect of the process, i.e. inspection, sampling, lab analysis, couriering of the counter sample to the supplier etc, through SGS India. However, despite all this, the responses from the supplier was mute and elusive. We are of the firm belief that this is a clear case of Breach of Trust and Cheating. These are the kind of people who tarnish the image of the your web portal, which otherwise is very useful and helpful for businessmen like us.
