I was dealing with Luyun and had a deal worked out. I asked for and received company verification, it did not check out. When I asked for their Chamber of Commerce reqistration info all contact stopped. Below is the last email I received from them. It is a very plausible operation for a number of reasons: - No Chinese name of the company is given. - No business address / office telephone number etc. is given. - The name of the company to which the certificates are awarded is either missing or illegible in the pictures. - For any serious trading business, it would be strange if the billing information provided shows an individual as beneficiary (see http://zhisheng88.com/payment.asp). Have you met Luyun in person? Have you visited the company? I am not convinced of the credit-worthiness of her company with the scanty information provided and we can only start to investigate into the company after you obtain its official full Chinese name, which should not be something sensitive that she has to hide from you as a potential business partner / customer.
