I understand that there is no gaurantee when making purchases using this service, but from my dealings with this company I've concluded there nothing but scam artist's. A couple of months ago I ordered a couple of lcd tv's at about $1,150 usd. After a long wait of approximately 3 weeks I received a cell phone about 10 years outdated,"virtually worthless". I tried to contact them several times and after about 10 days they finally replied telling me to return their merchandise and they would promplty correct the mistake. That was a month ago and I,ve yet to see any correction. The last conversation we had via email there message was"we have recieved the package and we're trying to figure out the problem we will contact you in several days".
A SCAM!!! Contact person was Luyun, Laptops on the fritz cant post my emails.
