Report for a scam

I entered into an agreement with this company to manufacture a product for me. After wiring the requested deposit, the company failed to deliver the product. After two months I was told that their engineer became ill and they would not be able to complete the order. After numerous requests for a refund I have not received any money.
I have been scammed. Be warned.
